Meet our team of expert naturalists, certified guides, and planners.
For over a decade, Kopal has lived and breathed the wild heart of India. From forests and reserves to national parks and sanctuaries, she has walked trails most of us would never notice. Her home is Kanha National Park, and those who know her often joke that she could very well be listed among its native species, fierce, rare, and deeply rooted in the land.
What makes Kopal special is her way of seeing the forest. For her, it isn’t only about tigers or the more celebrated residents of the jungle. It’s about every building block of the ecosystem—bird calls that echo at dawn, the shimmer of moth wings, the quiet rustle of snakes, and the hidden lives of creatures most eyes would miss.
She leads our on-ground experiences with the same spirit with care, precision, and a touch of wonder. Known for her fierce commitment to sustainable and ethical wildlife tourism, Kopal ensures that every journey into the wild not only leaves you with stories, but also leaves the forest just as it should be.
With over twenty years of guiding safaris across Kenya and East Africa, John Adamba has turned wildlife journeys into unforgettable stories. A proud Silver-Level Safari Guide and member of the East Africa Tour Guides and Drivers Association (EATGDA), he is celebrated for his sharp eye, deep knowledge, and a passion for the wild that never fades.
John’s heart lies in two remarkable places, the sweeping plains of the Masai Mara, where the Great Migration thunders through, and Ol Pejeta Conservancy, a sanctuary for rhinos and a beacon of conservation. Whether it’s the raw power of a lion’s roar at dawn or the quiet wisdom of a wild herb, John ensures every encounter carries meaning.
For him, guiding isn’t just about showing wildlife, it’s about sharing culture, history, and the spirit of Africa itself. With patience, warmth, and insight, John makes you feel as though you’ve always belonged here, in the heart of the savannah.
Sourav is a naturalist, wildlife tour leader, and an accomplished nature photographer with a degree in Zoology. While he has explored forests across India, his heart belongs to the Eastern Himalayas, where he has spent over three years in search of one of the most elusive creatures on earth, the Red Panda. For us, he’s our undisputed lead for all things Red Panda.
Beyond the lens and field notes, Sourav’s work carries a deeper purpose. He partners with a wildlife destination tour company that runs awareness programmes in villages bordering forests, bridging communities with conservation. His photographs—often rare glimpses into the lives of little-seen species, have found their way into respected publications such as Sanctuary Asia, Saevus, The Wildtrail Journal, and Indian Birds. In 2017, his craft was recognised with an award at the prestigious Nature inFocus Photography Awards.
For Sourav, every photograph, every tour, every conversation is part of a larger mission—to inspire wonder for the wild and to protect it for generations to come.
Kartheek isn’t your typical careerist, he’s a builder of people and experiences. From leading AIESEC in India to working in consulting, tech, and marketing, his journey has been anything but linear. Along the way, he has led 7 teams, delivered 70+ conferences, 250+ workshops, and guided thousands of people across countries.
But it’s travel that shaped him most. From backpacking with strangers across Sri Lanka and Spain to creating first-time international adventures for friends, he has turned journeys into stories. With experiences across 90+ towns in 18 countries, he knows how to make strangers feel at home in new places.
For us, Kartheek is that bridge for people stepping into wildlife tourism for the very first time. A group leader at heart, he helps turn unknown territory into unforgettable journeys.
Behind every memorable wildlife experience are the people who bring the forest alive, naturalists, guides, storytellers, and leaders who see details most of us would miss. Their passion, knowledge, and care turn safaris into learning, and travels into stories worth retelling.
What makes the difference is having the right person for the right journey—a local expert who knows the land like home, and an expedition leader who curates every step of the itinerary. Together, they shape experiences that aren’t just about seeing wildlife, but about truly understanding it.
